CAPITAL STRUCTURE
The ownership of the Company referring to regulation No. 40 Year of 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company owned by AJB Bumiputera 1912 amounted to 99,29% and PT Eurasia Wisata 0,71%.
The Company has fulfilled its capital structure, according to the provisions of the minimum paid up capital required under UU No. 2 Year of 1992, from 25 billion rupiahs to 100 billion rupiahs. Bumida Sharia, since the beginning of the year 2009 the capital paid up capital separated from its Primary Company, has 12.5 billion rupiahs, then in 2010 the company provisions referring to the Government Regulation No. 39 Year 2008 has met the minimum capital requirement by 25 billion rupiahs.
